I’m writing this with a fresh perspective. I’ve just landed home from a weekend away in Oslo, Norway - celebrating my 30th Birthday.
I can feel the inspiration glittering all around me as I step back into the swing of work 🍁🍂✨
I am also writing this love letter to you today to tell you about a beautiful offering I have coming your way in the New Year to help you feel all of the above.
Back in August I was contacted by the beautiful souls, Angie & Andrew from Daisy Bank Camp who had a gorgeous idea that I am helping them bring to life….
In January, I am collaborating with Daisy Bank Camp to bring you a weekend Winter Breathing Space Retreat.
Join us for a beautiful, intimate weekend of gentle yoga, sound healing and nature connection.
This retreat is a space for you to slow down, reset and breathe life into your new year. Inspired by LSW Mind Cards & Notes and lead by Hannah of Good Vibrations, this retreat will gently guide you to find some breathing space just for you.
The retreat is self catering and includes fully equipped, private ensuite accommodation with kitchen, all the wellness sessions and the journalling pack.
There will be a mix of guided activities and time on your own to rest and journal.
Friday: Gather & Ground | Arrival and gathering at 7pm in our retreat space, with some warming drinks and introductions, rounded off with our first sound bath.
Saturday: Gratitude & Nourish | Gentle yoga, journalling, guided gratitude activity, rounded off with yin yoga and healing sounds.
Sunday: Wild & Wellbeing | Gentle yoga and movement to start the day, followed by guided journalling, a guided mindful walk in nature in the afternoon and rounded off with gentle intention setting and meditations on moving forward to complete your weekend.
Dates: Fri 17 Jan 2025 4:00 PM - Mon 20 Jan 2025 10:00 AM
Location: Daisy Bank Camp, HX7 7JB
Daisy Bank Camp is a rural retreat deep in the moors above Hebden Bridge, alongside the sweet heather and thistle banks sit six hand made, timber-clad cabins.
West Yorkshire is rooted in Angie & Andrew's hearts; Angie fell in love with the moors reading the Brontës, and Andrew grew up walking the hills with his Dad.
Angie & Andrew have created wild garden spaces that benefit nature on our permaculture site, so you'll see plants you'd normally weed out in a traditional garden, but the birds & insects love them!
You can be sure that you’ll be greeted with a warm Yorkshire welcome at Daisy Bank Camp – and a reet good brew, too!
If you would like to start the New Year with us & find your Winter Breathing Space - find out more about our retreat here:
Finally, my love, I wanted to leave you with a song that has been playing in my head all my holiday: Norwegian Wood by The Beatles
Wrapping you in healing hugs.
Take good care,
Hannah xxx
