Rest, refresh, renew is a 5-week gentle yoga journey designed for busy souls seeking more peace and calm in their days.
Each week, enjoy an hour of soothing meditation, slow, simple yoga postures and essential oils at Tessa Clemson Yoga.

🌸 Make your lunchtime a sacred space with this stress-releasing and relaxing experience. Hannah will guide you through a slow restorative yoga flow - a delight for your senses - to lift your spirit and soul.
🌿 Flow through a series of simple, gentle & slow yoga poses suitable for all in this mid-day reset. Experience a flowing, guided meditation combined with divine aromatherapy inspired by the seasons, leaving you feeling calm, connected and ready for the rest of the day. The session will end with a gentle healing sound session to bring you back to your body.
✨ You must be able to lie comfortably on the floor. Unfortunately, this class is not suitable for anyone who is 12 weeks pregnant or under. Please wrap up warm and bring a blanket.
